Pan Fried Cod Gluten Free

Makes: 6-8 servings

Local fish grilled to perfection.


  • 5-6 fillets of Cod or other seasonal fish of your choice
  • 1 tsp savory
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Lemon slices (optional)


  • Heat a large skillet with oil. Add crushed garlic and sauté until golden brown.
  • Place fillets in pan (as many will fit at a time).
  • Season with savory, salt and pepper.
  • Fry fish on both sides, until it separates easily.
  • Be careful not to over cook.
  • Garnish with lemon slices and serve hot.
