Recipes for Great Meals for a Change
These recipes come from a variety of recipe books and individuals and were chosen to represent a broad definition of sustainability. Of course, peoples' individual philosophies, cultures and dietary needs vary: we encourage you to choose and adapt meals to your own preferences. Also, the recipes are organized according to seasons using ingredients that are generally available in Nova Scotia and Newfoundland. This may vary in your region, so check with a local farmer!
