Pan Fried Cod
Makes: 6-8 servings
Local fish grilled to perfection.
Ingredients:
- 5-6 fillets of Cod or other seasonal fish of your choice
- 1 tsp savory
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp oil
- Lemon slices (optional)
Instructions:
- Heat a large skillet with oil. Add crushed garlic and sauté until golden brown.
- Place fillets in pan (as many will fit at a time).
- Season with savory, salt and pepper.
- Fry fish on both sides, until it separates easily.
- Be careful not to over cook.
- Garnish with lemon slices and serve hot.
