Green Beans with Sage and Parmesan 
Makes: 8 servings
Tender green beans tossed with sage and parmesan.
Ingredients:
- 2 lb green beans, trimmed
- 4 tbsp butter
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp finely chopped sage
- Freshly ground pepper
Instructions:
- Steam beans for 5 minutes, or boil until just tender.
- Melt butter in saucepan. Add cheese and sage and mix together. Season with pepper.
- Toss beans in mixture until they are coated, and serve immediately.
