Green Beans with Sage and Parmesan Gluten Free

Makes: 8 servings

Tender green beans tossed with sage and parmesan.


  • 2 lb green beans, trimmed
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped sage
  • Freshly ground pepper


  • Steam beans for 5 minutes, or boil until just tender.
  • Melt butter in saucepan. Add cheese and sage and mix together. Season with pepper.
  • Toss beans in mixture until they are coated, and serve immediately.
