Mustard Salad Gluten Free

Makes: 6-8 servings

Mashed potatoes with a sweet and spicy mustard sauce


  • 6-7 large potatoes, cooked
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup vinegar
  • ¼ cup mustard
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 small onion, minced


  • Mash hot potatoes. Add remaining ingredients.
  • Blend and whip.
